We are a leading multinational company in Diagnostics sectors. As part of our expansion and to further enhance our client servicing capabilities, we are seeking a highly qualified candidate for the following position:
HR & GA STAFF (HRGA)
Specific Requirements:
- Female below 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Management or Psychology from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- An excellent communicator with strong administrative and organizational skills
- A mature individual with high self-confidence, and the ability to work effectively
- Having at least two year experience in Human Resources Administration, recruitment, selection process and general affair matter
- Having a good interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR concepts and government regulations on employment in Indonesia
General Requirements for the positions above:
- Ability to identify problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
- Mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Tolerance to work under pressure
- Good command of English and computer literate is a must
- Working experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry would be an advantage
